Video shows Diddy’s sons leaving court after he was denied bail


On Wednesday (September 18), Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has lost his right to appeal. to be released on bail, meaning the 54-year-old’s detention will continue. Combs has been trending news for the past three days after The FBI arrested him. on Monday (September 16). The following day, his trial revealed three serious charges related to sex trafficking, prostitution and extortion.

Diddy’s attorney filed the dismissed appeal outside court on Wednesday. Additionally, footage of the music mogul’s sons has emerged, Christian, Justin and Quincy Brownleft the courthouse after supporting their father’s bid for house arrest. They did not speak to the press on their way out, along with security forces and others.

Diddy’s sons also showed support for Diddy’s trial on Tuesday (September 17) and again did not speak to the press.

Speaking of dads, in a recent interview with Angela Yee, Quincy Brown opened up about his stance on his biological father, Al B. Sure. Brown clarified that they were more like “friends” hanging out together. Furthermore, he implied that they weren’t on the father-son level that Sure seemed to describe when he publicly begged his son to “come home” after Diddy’s home was raided earlier this year.

Here’s What Diddy’s Lawyer Says About His Denied Bail Appeal

As previously reported, Diddy’s legal team presented a $50 million bail proposal before he was arraigned. Combs agreed to wear a GPS tracking device, surrender his passports and those of his mother and four daughters, Chance, D’Lila, Jessie and Love, and limit female visitors.

However, the judge imprison him was detained on Tuesday (September 17). Another judge then rejected the bail appeal on Wednesday. “The government has proven that the defendant is a danger. As for the bail package, it is not enough even if there is a risk of flight,” judge is said to have been stated in court

“The fight continues. We will not give up. I told Mr. Combs that I will try to get his case to trial as soon as possible. I will try to minimize the time he has to spend in the very, very difficult and I believe inhumane housing conditions in the special housing unit at the Metropolitan Detention Facility and I will do everything I can to get this case to trial as soon as possible.”

His attorney added that “everything” is within the government’s timeline and when they will turn over the main body of the case. The attorney said Diddy also maintains his innocence regarding the felony charges and they are preparing for trial.

While Diddy lost his bail appeal, he won a separate appeal related to his Michigan sexual assault case. A judge overturned a $100 million default judgment against Combs won by inmate Derrick Lee Cardello-Smith earlier this month. Smith had previously accused Sean of sexually assaulting him at a party in 1997.
