Watch Professor Layton and the New World of Steam New Trailer
Level-5 has released a new trailer for Professor Layton and the New World of Steam in Level 5 Vision 2024 program. People can get a glimpse of the general content of the upcoming game, which is scheduled to release on Switch in 2025.
The 2025 release window remains unchanged from previous gameplay video appeared in the second Level-5 Vision 2023 show. While Level-5 used live gameplay footage from the game’s point-and-click and puzzle segments in the previous video, this new trailer features a mix of gameplay and event cutscenes that show the bigger picture of the game as a whole.
The game’s story will take place in an American town called Steam Bison. Puzzles will play a very important role in this game, as solving them will allow players to progress the story while watching the town grow further. Level-5 also teased that New Steam World will feature the highest number of puzzles in the history of the game series.

Level 5 will be released Professor Layton and the New World of Steam on Nintendo Switch simultaneously worldwide in 2025. The company will also bring a demo build of the game with Japanese and English language options to Tokyo Game Show 2024.
