What are you playing this weekend? (December 7)

Like everyone else this week, I’m on the last leg of 2024. I have Loco Dynamics to finish. I want to check Lorelei and her laser eyes. I should really get to know some Splatoon 3: Side order at some point.
So why (Why) is my brain telling me to play a few more games? Balatro before the year ends? Why?

The crazy Game of the Year race continues as I play Lorelei and more The Story of Kenzera: ZAU this weekend. I’m also eager to give Nine Sol a whirlwind.
Besides? Additionally, it resists the temptation to try Praise Castlevania or reactivate Balatro. If I do, it will be the end of the year and possibly some of next year!

I feel like I’m in the final race to experience the best that 2024 has to offer. Currently, my partner and I have just completed it Kill the princesswhich I thought was great for the most part, but was a little heavy on the message at the end.
Next on the list is Nine Sols, a game I’ve been super excited to play since it arrived on Steam. Glad to see it runs mostly well on the Switch, so we’ll see if I’m banging my head against the wall next weekend. Finally, I checked Infinity Nikki on PS5. Man, can you feel the BOTW pedigree here. Shame about the gacha, but it’s super cute.

It may have been a long weekend for me, but “long” only in the sense that there were games that I Have to play. It’s a tough old job, right?
Besides [redacted]I’m sure there will be more exciting times in RollerCoaster Tycoon Classic. Seriously, these games are a quarter of a century old and haven’t aged well one day about their playing ability. Read my review if you need more convincing, otherwise I’ll scoff at your lack of fun.

I played a lot of the game for the review and it’s very difficult on the Switch. There were really times when I wanted to cry. I’m sure this will all be included in the review!
Also, Dragon Age: Guardian. I’m at the point where I need to decide who I’m going to kiss and it’s so difficult! I didn’t feel as passionate about any of them as I usually do in these games. My car is overconfident and it’s weird! She is so seductive! I don’t feel represented!!!!

Shocking developments such as slaughterer Spoilers for chapter 8. Will I get to see the finale this weekend? I still need to explore Nine Sols properly but Crystal breaker And Raiden Nova Stupidly addictive. I’m also almost done with the gameplay footage from The Spectrum, I finally got there Target: Traitoris by far one of the games I play the most during the day because I get to play with my best friend. It’s nice to go back to the seedy 8-bit streets I grew up in. Maybe I should play more games, but I just realized that Christmas is approaching, the year is almost over, and I still need to play some work music before it’s all over.
My match of the week is a rekindling of my longstanding relationship with Lin since 2018: Fitness Boxing 3. Possibly the best entry in the series! Health problems forced me to stop working out last year, but there’s no longer any reason not to get back into training, maybe with The Adventures of Ring Fit and my stationary bike. Has anyone seen my water bottle?
