Why the Capital One Venture Rewards credit card has a top spot in our wallets

When my family and I first landed Capital One Venture Rewards Credit Cardmainly about getting entangled a solid sign up bonus. What I didn’t know when I signed up, however, was that this card would quickly take up a prominent place in my wallet and my husband’s long after the bonus miles were spent.

Here are all the reasons why we still use Venture Rewards more than I expected.

Versatile miles are simply the best

I can’t give up making money airline miles, because there are times when the exceptional value they provide can’t be beat. But, as the awards rankings continue to lacklusterFlexible miles are The best kind to have. And it seems international aviation program that’s in Capital One transfer partner lineup can become the best option for placing multiple prizes as most of them still have traditional prize charts.

With Capital One’s roster of transfer partners, there’s even more reason to love this card. But this is the truth. I have not (yet) transferred any of our Capital One miles to a partner.

Maybe one day we will, because there are some Great options out therefrom Air Canada aircraft ARRIVE Etihad Guest. But for now, I’d love to book any travel we want and then Redeem miles to offset travel purchases with just a few simple clicks.

For example, my husband wanted to see our family in Hawaii a few summers ago and needed to fly on a certain day, a certain time, and on a specific route to maximize his time with us. . In this particular situation, it’s best to buy the ticket in cash and then reimburse yourself with Capital One miles. Since he doesn’t have the flexibility, traditional airline miles aren’t worth anything, though Hawaii can sometimes have a lot of air miles.
