Wii build of Radical’s canceled ‘Star Wars Battlefront 3’ has been discovered
After nearly ten years of research and searching on the Internet, a completely new build of the Wii version of Radical Front Star Wars 3 has been discovered.
Footage of the build was shared on YouTube by the modder iamshaymin same as above r/GamingLeaksAndRumours. According to the footage, this build was released just over a week before Free Radical’s game was canceled and is “likely to be the last Wii build of the game”.

iamshaymin — also known as LonelyDragonModding — is working on the Battlefront III Legacy mod, which is a conversion mod for Battlefront 2 that uses assets recovered from Battlefront 3.
While footage and other structures have been discovered before, this is the most to date, with loads of content that no one has ever seen before. With this discovery, this will make the mod and any potential recreation of the game much more viable.
Free Radical worked on Battlefield 3 from 2006 to 2008, taking over from Pandemic Studios, who worked on the first two games. Studio has reported as 99% complete with the game when it was canceled, and you can believe it just by watching the footage above.
the Time divider The developer went bankrupt in late 2008 and was later acquired by German studio Crytek. FreeRadical was later re-formed under Deep Silver, a division of Plaion (and part of Embracer Group) in 2021. Sadly, The studio closed at the end of 2023.
