Oh my gosh! Social media is in an uproar after a woman recorded her fired conversation with HR.

Woman becomes famous after recording herself being shot
Totisonna has sparked controversy on Instagram after sharing a video of the moment HR fired her from her job.
Shelly from HR starts the interaction by addressing Totsionna’s absences and tardiness. HR continues by listing the days she was consistently late to work.
During the termination conversation, Totsionna explained to human resources what she believed were legitimate reasons for her lateness.
For example, when Shelly mentions a particular day that Totsionna was late for work, Totsionna blames her cousin for not returning the car on time.
“Okay, so I lent my cousin my car the night before and he didn’t bring it.. he fell asleep or something. And he didn’t bring it back until morning, so, I still made it,” Totsionna shared in the clip.
Totsionna was later informed by the human resources department that she had not called or shown up for work on a particular day. However, she revealed that she had not shown up because it was her birthday.
HR told her that everyone works on their birthday, but Totsionna replied, “You guys are too old for me.”
