Ys Memoire: The Oath In Felghana appears to be being localized for Switch
It seems like another game localization announcement was accidentally revealed ahead of Anime Expo 2024.
This time it’s for action RPGs Ys Memoire: Oath in Felghana, is now available on Nintendo Switch in Japan. In a now-deleted social media post, XSEED Games shared images of its lineup for Anime Expo 2024 while referencing a demo.
As Gematsu notes, this may have been posted on the last day of this year’s event and was scheduled on the wrong day. This An updated version of ‘The Oath in Felghana’ was originally released on Switch in April 2023 and based on Ys III: Wanderers from Ys.
If this movie gets a local release, we’ll know more at Anime Expo 2024 between now and then. July 4-7. Here’s a little bit about it:
“Ys: Oath in Felghana hailed as a masterpiece in Have action role-playing game series. This high-resolution remake will further improve the game with additional elements.”
