Former 1017 Enchanting artist passed away, Gucci Mane spoke up
Rapper on the rise enchanted has passed away, as confirmed by her management team and loved ones. The artist was previously signed ARRIVE Gucci Manelabel 1017. The Texas native is only 26 years old.

The Shade Room spoke directly with her team to confirm the news, which began circulating early Tuesday (June 11). Initial reports suggested that Enchanting was on life support.
Her team told TSR that she passed away from a reported drug overdose. She was the first in critical condition. However, details about where she died remain obscure.
A representative from her management team added that the 26-year-old had been in withdrawal in recent days.
“She has been coming to my house for the past four days to clean. She tried her best and I did everything I could to help her, she tried,” the representative said.
Enchanting’s supposed sister, Kay Jay, also confirmed her passing on social media, including Facebook and X (formerly Twitter). She shared a selfie of her sister with the caption: “I love you [broken heart emoticon].”

Gucci Mane, Keyshia Ka’oir and Other Celebrities Speak Out on Rapper’s Death
iHeart reports that the rapper has been active in the music industry for 8 years after releasing his debut mixtape ‘Love & Drugs’. Gucci Mane reportedly signed her to his 1017 label in 2020. She has been described then a “trap n blues” artist.
In 2021, she released the hit song ‘Track & Field’ in collaboration with Kaliii.
Her final project with 1017, titled “No Luv”, was canceled in 2022. Her song “He Can’t Reach” was also featured on the soundtrack of “Rap Sh!t Season 2” Issa Rae.
On Tuesday, Gucci Mane spoke out on social media about Enchanting’s death. “So sad to say RIP to such a wonderful young lady, a true star, we all miss you Chant.”

Gucci’s wife Keyshia Ka’oir, also spoke up about Chant. In addition to offering her condolences, Keyshia asked fans to stop targeting her husband over the 26-year-old’s passing.
“Damned! This shocked me! When I heard this news, I just knew you would get through it! I’m so sorry! REST IN HEAVEN! We love you @luvenchating,” Keyshia wrote on Instagram Story.
Meanwhile, in the comments section on the same platform, she added:
“Leave my husband alone! He signs these artists to help them and give them a better life! I wish it wasn’t like this! Sing we love you, girl! RIH.”
