Jeezy’s ex and nanny defend him against Jeannie Mai’s claims

Jeezy’s mother’s daughter protects him
Mahelt ‘Mahi’ Gebremedhin claimed in an affidavit that Jeezy was one “conscientious” dad. She shares a 10-year-old daughter with the Atlanta lyricist.
Mahelt says she has “witness Jay to be a devoted, thoughtful, and present father [their] his daughter and eldest child [Jadarius Jenkins, 28].”
In the documents, she also described him as “one of the most peaceful people” she has ever encountered. The couple dated for 10 years before breaking up. She further noted that Jeezy never “physically, mentally or emotionally” harmed her or his children.
Note that Hip Hop DX reports Mahi sued Jeezy in 2020 to recover child support. The rapper later claimed she was just jealous because he proposed to Jeannie. Gebremedhin said she applied before their engagement was announced. Also, she said Jeezy is on “path of bitterness, lies and slander” to distract from his terrible actions.
The Rapper’s nanny and other women weigh in on his personality
In the testimony, the couple’s nanny, Minhee Hofflerpraising Jeezy’s parenting style. “Mr. Jenkins is a hard-working man but an even harder-working father”Hoffler wrote.
She added, “…as a caregiver, I believe that Mr. Jenkins gives his daughters the support they need as they grow into the young women of the future.
The rapper’s friend, Robyn Wallace, and his “best friend and real estate broker” wife, Shelley Nichols, also submitted similar character descriptions.

Meanwhile, Jeannie Mai’s representative had this to say about protecting the character:
A representative for Jeannie said: “It appears that Mr. Jenkins is attempting to distort the truth again by hiring people to make false statements and claims against Ms. Mai, attempting to contradict the evidence. real-time evidence and actual events”.
Jeannie’s abuse claims
As previously reported by Shade room, Jeannie accused the rapper of punching her in the face just three weeks after giving birth. They share a two-year-old daughter, Monaco. She added that Jeezy allegedly strangled her and pushed her down the stairs.
Jeezy denied the allegations and released a statement. “Those allegations are not only false but also extremely disturbing, especially coming from someone I love. The evil intention to tarnish my character and destroy my family is ridiculous. It is discouraging to see manipulation and deception in the game….”
