Ye’s former assistant sued him for sexual harassment

TMZ is first reported Exclusive details of the documents filed. Lauren alleges she had a successful gig as an OnlyFans model, raking in around $1 million a year.
Despite the hustle of adult content, Ye hired her in July 2021. She said they met while he was working on his clothing line and continued their working relationship afterward. Lauren claims that she even contributed at least three songs to his project ‘Donda’, which was released in August 2021.
By 2022 — after about a year on the job — Lauren said West confronted her about her OnlyFans content. He reportedly asked her to become more “God-like,” including deleting her OnlyFans account. She complied because Ye agreed to pay her $1 million annually to cover the financial loss.
After the deal, Lauren Pisciotta says their interactions changed. Ye allegedly began sending her extremely vulgar and unprofessional messages, including text messages.
A message is said to be read, “See my problem is I want to fuck but then I want a girl to tell me how hard they get fucked when I fuck them. Then I want her to cheat on me.”
It’s unclear whether Ye made any similar comments between 2021 and 2022 before asking her to delete her OnlyFans. Other messages, according to TMZ, were allegedly more explicit and described West’s sexual fantasies with women.
The conversations apparently got worse before Lauren Pisciotta was fired
As mentioned, the alleged conversations with Ye ran into all sorts of things, including racing games.
“Is my d*** racist? Yes,” Ye allegedly texted Lauren. “This damn racist name of mine. I will beat this damn racist for being racist. I would stare at the pictures of the white woman with the black ass and beat my racist ass to death… Beat his big black ass to death.”
Along with the messages, West allegedly sent his former assistant sexually explicit videos and images, including two clips of him allegedly having sex with a model.
But it doesn’t end there, according to Lauren. She alleged that during phone conversations, Ye often asked her to guess what he was doing. She affirmed that the answer would bring a feeling of self-pleasure when talking on the phone. He also allegedly “got fixated on the size of her boyfriend’s penis,” according to TMZ.
Amid the sexually explicit communication, Lauren remained employed by the rapper, and he eventually increased her salary to $4 million when promoted to Director.
More than a year after hiring her, West reportedly fired Lauren, promising to pay $3 million in compensation. However, Pisciotta said he never gave her money.
As a result, the former model is suing her former boss for breach of contract, sexual harassment, unlawful dismissal, and hostile work environment.
There has been no public word from Ye about the lawsuit.
