These US hotels are celebrating Pride with events and discounts


Pride Month is a time to celebrate, reflect and empower members of the LGBTQIA+ community, advocates and allies – and At TPG, we wholeheartedly honor that.

During June (and the rest of the year, as many cities around the world celebrate at different times), there are plenty of incredible Pride events to attend. Events range from top-notch parades and concerts to insightful workshops and lectures on the community’s history and the challenges it faces.

Whether you’re looking to celebrate Pride at home or want to join one of the world-famous celebrations in a major city, many hotels are offering events, shows and discounts Special pricing focuses on inclusivity, diversity and the LGBTQIA+ community.

Below, you’ll find some of our favorites, from Big apple arrive City by the Bay.

Show your pride in New York City

NOMO SOHO

If you are going to New York City for the Pride March on June 30, Consider booking with one of NYC Pride’s official hotel partners for great rates and perks like free drinks and special events.

These hotels include Moxy NYC Chelsea (from $298), Renaissance New York Chelsea Hotel (from $255) and Hard Rock Hotel New York (from $289).

Several Hyatt properties also participate in Pride activities. At The Beekman, Thompson Hotel (one of New York’s most iconic hotels), there will be a special Pride cocktail (with a portion of sales going to the Ali Forney Center), dining experience brunch with jazz and drag at Temple Court every Saturday at 12 and 3 p.m., plus a “Stay with Pride” package for rooms that includes discounts, potential room upgrades and drink vouchers.

Other Hyatts celebrating in New York include Andaz Fifth Avenue, with specialty cocktails and 20% of its June sales going to a local organization, and Thompson Central Park New York, where Parker’s restaurant will host a special Pride-themed party. June 8 pub brunch with captivating performances, DJs and rainbow food.

Another great option is Smyth Tribeca, which is offering rooms for $355/night if booked by June 7, along with exclusive Pride merchandise and two free Pride-themed cocktails at Smyth Tavern or Galerie Bar, both donate proceeds from Spritz. cocktails ($19) for NYC Pride.

In California, there are Pride celebrations throughout the state, but there are two major events held in Los Angeles the weekend of June 9 and in San Francisco last weekend of June.

In LA, Discover Los Angeles has it Handy website with all the hotels offers discounted stays or Pride packages. Some of the best packages include Kimpton Everly Hotel, which is offering room upgrades, late check-out, and a poolside cabana with a bottle of rose (book through the Discover Los Angeles website), and Dream Hollywood, which is offering Room upgrade service, two free packages. Pride welcome cocktails and amenities when you book with code “PRIDEP”.

At The Shay, Culver City, book with code “PRIDE” for 15% off, while Andaz West Hollywood is offering the deal Pack proudly with a free welcome drink, late check-out, drink passes and access to Pride pool parties.

Mondrian Los Angeles is offering “Pride Ready” room packages throughout the month of June. Guests can book a room to receive a Fruitloots welcome gift made in West Hollywood. The set includes a selection of Pride essentials, from press fans to body glitter, sourced from LGBTQ+ owned brands. Additionally, guests can enjoy poolside sips and 2 free welcome drinks at the Skybar.

In San Francisco, Hyatt Regency, located near the start of the parade route, is offering 10% off rooms with code “PRIDE.” The Harbor Court Hotel is helping guests celebrate by providing free guest amenities and festival essentials such as branded bags, fans, etc.

Be proud everywhere else

Other Pride events take place around the world throughout the year, so we shouldn’t leave them off the list.

Moxy Washington, DC Downtown is delivering Loud and proud @ Moxy package, which includes sparkling wine, specialty sweets, a welcome drink at Bar Moxy, and a copy of a local LGBTQ+ magazine when you use code “8LG.” Luckily, this package is available until the end of December.

At W Aspen, Pride is celebrated throughout June with a special package that includes a $200 food and beverage credit and a bottle of tequila or bourbon when using code “CUE” when booking.

In Tennessee, Virgin Hotels Nashville is celebrating Pride Day with events all month, including live music and drag shows. For those wanting to see some top drag performances, W Nashville is hosting The official opening party for Nashville Pride with a sold-out performance hosted by Gottmik on June 20.

In Philadelphia, Hyatt Centric Center City will host its annual Pride Makers Market on June 22, so visitors and locals can shop and support LGBTQIA+ artists and hotel staff. Summer pride offerincludes a $25 food and beverage credit and late payment, available through Labor Day.
